Sophia's 1st Birthday - Minnie Mouse Party

We celebrated Sophia's 1st Birthday a couple weeks ago. You might remember her pink and black baby shower or her newborn photos. Time flies doesn't it?

I was very happy when her mama asked me to help with her Minnie Mouse theme. Minnie and I go way back. She has always been one of my favorite Disney characters. I mean, how could you not adore a mouse that loves polka dots and wears heels! Right??!!

Sophia's mama decided on a pink, hot pink and black color scheme. With the traditional polka dots pattern. She wanted a cute and special party for her daughter on a friendly budget. With the help of some very sweet friends and family I think she was able to give Sophia a 1st Birthday to remember.

Sophia's sweets and treats table.

The cute and yummy Minnie Mouse Oreo pops, cake balls and cookies were homemade by Sophia's sweet aunt Samantha. Table also included Sophia kisses, marshmallow hearts (because after all she is a sweetHEART), Minnie and Mickey rings.

Minnie and balloon centerpieces for guest tables.

Placed the treat bags for all the little guests in this adorable suitcase I found on clearance at Home Goods. Made the Minnie head with floral foam from the Dollar Tree. Wrapped it in crinkle paper, added a bow and the 1. It was easy peasy!
Tutus and Ears were also given to all the girls. Boys received Mickey hats (which I forgot to take a photo of...boo!) To give the tutus an extra special touch I added a little fabric Minnie head to each one. Here is my little mouse modeling the tutu and ears!

All the little Minnies enjoyed the face painting.

Sophia's mom also found this fun activity to do with the kids on Pinterest

A very special friend of the family (Anna) made the beautiful and delicious cake & cupcakes.
It was so great to see Sophia having such a wonderful time! She loved hitting the adorable pinata her aunt Elaine picked out for her and truly enjoyed the cupcakes too...hehe! I LOVE this precious little Minnie and I am so blessed to be a part of her life. Each time I see her, she brings me such joy. She is so loving and sweet. Can't wait to celebrate her 2nd Birthday!!Toodles,Claudia

Tini Customers: Red and Black Minnie Diva Party

Our client Sarah from Arkansas recently had an adorable red and black Minnie Diva party for her daughter Olivia’s 4th birthday. So sweet of her to email photos and details (we love customer photos!). I could not resist had to ask if she would be a guest on the blog. So thankful she agreed.

Sarah loves crafting and parties and is now combining her two loves to start a new venture in children’s parties. I am very happy and excited for her, she certainly has what it takes and I am looking forward to seeing many more of her parties.

Not afraid to get crafty, she made the lollipop Minnie head, the tutus for the dogs, decorated the cake stand, took apart a pink and black Minnie pinata and redid it in red and black, also added Olivia’s name on it...OMG too cute!

Yummy Treats..love the cake!
Sarah made a Pin the Bow on Minnie Game..and how cute are the dog tutus??

Happy 4th Birthday Olivia Mouse..may all your birthday wishes come true for you!

Meet Sarah Stewart:

Hi my name is Sarah Stewart, just a southern woman who loves to throw fabulous parties. My passion for parties all started with my little girl’s 1st birthday party. Since then I have helped friends and family with their parties and celebrationsI Now that my baby girl is getting older, I am ready to turn my hobby into a business. If you live in Arkansas and need help with your child’s birthday please contact me at sarahstewart527@hotmail.com . I am currently working on my Etsy shop (Bella O Creations), blog and Facebook page. Hope to have them ready really soon. I have a great eye for detail, love to craft and plan and would LOVE to be able to help you!

For Olivia’s 4th birthday I knew I wanted to to a Minnie Mouse theme but wanted something different. Something that would fit her diva personality..decided on this Minnie Diva theme! Although I am crafty and very DIY I decided to outsource some items. I contacted Claudia to create the favor boxes, cupcake toppers, banner and labels. Loved working with her! I concentrated on planning and other DIY projects. Olivia loved everything..she was a very happy mouse.

Thank you Sarah for being such a wonderful customer and look forward to working with you again really soon!

XOXO,
Claudia
